We produce - Pinotage, Cabernet, Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, a Ruby Cab/Shiraz blend and Pinot Noir in reds and Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay in white wines.
We make 100,000 bottles a year on the first range, which are currently the 2003 Rose Garden Vineyards Shiraz, Merlot, Maya's Red, Pinotage and Chenin Blanc.
In addition we produced a 2003 Reserve Limited Release range, comprised of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz And Chardonnay, all aged in French 225lt barrels. All these wines are meant for the restaurant/hotel sector as well as for high quality liquor stores.
